If we check out of our room at 12:00 noon where will our bags be stored until our departure?

Your heavy luggage will be safely stored at the Porte Cochere (our front lobby), while your hand luggage will be stored at Reception for your convenience.

Can I keep my room later than the regular check-out time if we have a late flight?

We would love for you to be able to hold your room for as long as you want, however we cannot on account of the large number of daily arrivals that we have to prepare for.

Check-out time is noon. We offer a departure lounge with showers and changing facilities at the Hospitality House for departing guests. You may request a late check out, up to 4:00 p.m. (also subject to availability) at a charge of US$120.00. Please contact Reception to make these arrangements. All bills for incidental expenses should be settled with the cashier, located at Reception, prior to departure.

I have been to Rendezvous before and would like to stay in the same room. Is this possible?

It is possible, but we cannot guarantee it. Reservations will do their best to assign the requested room based on availability.

Is there a turndown service for every room?

Turndown service is provided daily.

Do you provide different type of pillows?

We offer feather pillows, and foam pillows are provided on request.

How safe is the drinking water in the rooms?

The drinking water at Rendezvous is very safe. Our water supply surpasses the Ministry of Health's regulatory standards. The water is regularly tested and treated. Bottled water can be purchased at the boutique.

Do all rooms have refrigerators?

The Verandah Suites and Luxury Beach Front Suites are the only two room categories that are equipped with mini refrigerators. However, these are not stocked with beverages.

Are there televisions in any of the rooms?

None of our guest rooms are equipped with televisions. We have found that this has been tremendously beneficial to our guests as it encourages the romantic atmosphere that we claim. However, we do have a wide-screen television, located in the Departure Lounge at the Hospitaltiy House so that guests can follow the important news and sporting events from around the world.

Can I get a room upgrade?

Room upgrades are available through your booking agent. However, if you are unsuccessful in securing an upgrade, please feel free to contact the hotel directly via reservations@theromanticholiday.com to place your request.

Over the past two years we have spent over US$7 million on our rooms and some public areas, hence the reason each room category is unique and vastly different from the other. Below are descriptions of the various categories.

Verandah Suites have a 12 ft Verandah or balcony that overlook our lush gardens. This lends to an outdoor living room ideal for curling up with a good book or romantic candle lit dinners.

Seaside Suites are located near the Seaside Pool and have an outdoor patio that allows you to soak up some rays right on your doorstep.
