The Terrace Restaurant is the culinary heart of the resort. The restaurant is a showcase of international flavours, regional tastes and local produce. Our head chef serves a fantastic selection of foods. At breakfast, you can choose from a staggering selection of locally grown fruits, or if you fancy a cooked breakfast, then you can choose from the buffet. The breakfast chef will happily cook you pretty much anything you want from an omelette to poached eggs, waffles to pancakes.
At lunchtime, again you can eat from a selection of cold meats, salads, breads and fish, or enjoy a hot meal from the buffet or something special from the chef.
At night time the Terrace Restaurant turns into a magical spot lit by candlelight with just the sound of the Caribbean Sea as a musical backdrop. We run some themed evenings to present you with a taste of some of the finest foods in the world and we enjoy evenings of locally caught fish, delivered straight from the Caribbean sea that day.
The dress code for breakfast and lunch is casual. Gentlemen are required to wear a shirt and for ladies, a bathing suit cover. Wet clothing is not permitted at the Terrace.
For dinner, elegant attire is required for ladies. – i.e. dresses, skirts, long trousers/pants, culottes or tailored Bermuda-length shorts. No “short shorts” or cut-offs.
It is required for gentlemen to wear collared shirts or polos, either long or short sleeves (no t-shirts, vests or tank tops) and long trousers/pants, tailored Bermuda-length shorts (no sports shorts, capri or 3/4 pants).
